Excavator backhoe bucket link also named H Link, I link also named Link rod.
The Bucket Link Rod is part of the working device of the excavator. It is the part that connects the boom and the bucket, also called the I-LINK.
It's function is to control the up and down movement of the bucket through the push-pull action of the hydraulic cylinder to realize operations such as excavation and unloading.

The production process of the bucket linking rod like below:
* Make CAD drawing: CAD drawing and anti-stress simulation by computer.
*Laser Cutting: Blanking by plasma cutting machine.
*Welding&Forming: Component assembly. The cut steel plates are spliced according to the design drawings and welded with a welding machine.
*Bushing sleeve shaping: Install the bushing on both ends of the bucket connecting rod, and use a boring machine to bore holes to ensure the matching accuracy of the bushing and the pin shaft.
*Polishing process: Use a grinder to grind the surface of the bucket linking rod to remove welds, burrs and rust, and improve the surface finish.
*Shot blasting process: The surface of the bucket link rod is shot blasted with a shot blasting machine to increase the surface wear resistance and fatigue resistance.
*Spraying process: Use a spraying machine to carry out anti-rust and aesthetic spraying treatment on the bucket connecting rod, and choose the appropriate color and coating thickness.
*Packing, inspection and delivery.
