Prepare a safe work environment by properly wearing protective gear such as goggles, hard hats and gloves to minimize the risk of any injury.

Preparing for installation

When ready to install, position the bucket so that its teeth are parallel to the ground.Buckets can also be effectively supported with aids such as wooden blocks or jack stands. This will also help prevent any potential crush accidents.

Once you are confident that you are ready to start safely, follow the sesix steps to install your backhoe bucket tooth.

Step One

Use the removal tool to remove existing teeth.

Step Two

Remove the tooth and remove excess dirt or grime frombucket adapter,prepare it for the new bucket tips.

Step Three

Install on each new tooth and align them with the hole through the adapter.

Step Four

Insert lock pin through bucket tooth and adapter, or fasten it through the hole, ensure the pins are fully inserted.

Step Five

Hammer the bucket teeth pin until it was flushed with the end of the tooth.

The installation is complete.
